Shieling Laboratories has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of cosmetic formulation, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and compliance. We have an in house laboratory with specialist equipment for R&D, formulating, quality testing, and analysis. Shieling chemists are proud members of the N.Z.S.C.C (New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Chemists) and C.T.F.A (Cosmetic Toiletry & Fragrance Association).

Our development team has over 50 years extensive multi-national experience in the design and development of cosmetic products. We manufacture the full spectrum of cosmetics, candles, toiletries and personal care products available in the market today.

We pride ourselves on the consistent quality of our production and test all bulk and finished products to stringent quality standards. Our in-house microbiological testing laboratory will ensure that your products' shelf-life is protected.

Shieling Laboratories operates 16 filling lines, ranging from fully automated to completely manual, which enables us to efficiently manufacture to all run volumes. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service in the industry. With our sophisticated production planning systems and can-do attitude you can be assured that you will get your products on time. We work with our customers' packaging suppliers to optimise filling and delivery year round. We are always available to advise on order status and assist in expediting urgent jobs.

We manufacture anything from 50kg to 10 tonne including creams, lotions, cleansers, masques, scrubs, balms, body oils, lip balms, sunscreens, deodorants, bath oils, bath salts, shower gels, liquid soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair styling, shaving products, diffuser, candles and more.

Our production facility is set up for packaging of all shapes and sizes including the filling of pots, bottles, tubes, lip balm sticks, deoderant sticks and tottles.
